Custom Content Terms

These Custom Content Terms apply whenever you submit a photograph, image, artwork, logo, text, name, likeness, vehicle image, design instruction, or other material (collectively, “Customer Content”) for a custom product from 3D ALL OVER LLC.

1. Your rights and permissions

By submitting Customer Content, you represent and warrant that you own it or have obtained all licenses, permissions, releases, and other rights needed for 3D ALL OVER LLC to use it to prepare and fulfill your order.

You also represent and warrant that the Customer Content and requested use do not infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, privacy right, publicity right, contractual right, or other right of any person or entity, and that the content is not defamatory, unlawful, threatening, hateful, obscene, or otherwise prohibited by law.

Do not submit third-party trademarks, logos, copyrighted characters, celebrity likenesses, brand identifiers, or other protected material unless you have authorization for the requested use.

2. Limited order-fulfillment license

You grant 3D ALL OVER LLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, crop, resize, edit, simplify, trace, adapt, convert, and otherwise use Customer Content only as reasonably necessary to review the request, prepare proofs, manufacture and deliver the ordered product, provide customer support, maintain order records, and address disputes or legal obligations.

You retain ownership of Customer Content that you own. This limited license does not transfer your ownership to 3D ALL OVER LLC.

3. Optional portfolio and marketing permission

3D ALL OVER LLC will use a completed custom product for its public portfolio, website, advertising, or social media only when you separately provide optional portfolio and marketing permission. That permission is not required to place an order.

4. Right to refuse, modify, cancel, or refund

3D ALL OVER LLC may refuse, modify, cancel, or refund a custom order before shipment when it reasonably believes the content or requested design may infringe third-party rights, violate law, conflict with platform rules, or otherwise be unsuitable for production. This right does not create an obligation to investigate or approve the legality of Customer Content.

5. Customer responsibility and indemnification

You are responsible for the Customer Content and instructions you provide. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 3D ALL OVER LLC and its owner, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, settlements, penalties, and reasonable legal fees arising from your content, requested use, or breach of these terms.

6. Design and production changes

Custom artwork may be simplified, resized, recolored, cropped, reformatted, or otherwise adjusted for 3D-printing limitations, readability, durability, available colors, and print quality. Submission does not guarantee that every requested element can be reproduced.

7. Proof approval, production time, and final sale

Production begins after proof approval. Custom products ship within 5–7 business days after approval. Custom and personalized products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the approved proof.

8. Records and privacy

3D ALL OVER LLC may retain submitted content, proof approvals, order information, and correspondence for customer service, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and protection of its rights. Customer information is otherwise handled according to the Privacy Policy.
