At 3DAllOver, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition you received it.
- Include all original packaging.
- Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping
Unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
If your return is the result of our error (such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Returns@3DAllOver.com. Please include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can quickly evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, simply return your eligible item. Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
