What does 3DAllOver make?
We create textured 3D-printed magnets, framed wall art, seasonal and celebration decor, and personalized designs for homes, gifts, offices, parties, and special moments.
What makes your products different from flat prints?
Our designs are built in physical layers, giving the surface real texture and dimension that can be seen and felt.
Where are your products made?
Our products are designed and produced in New York using PLA filament and professional 3D-printing equipment.
Processing & Shipping
How quickly do standard products ship?
Standard products ship within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
How quickly do custom products ship?
Custom and personalized products ship within 5–7 business days after proof approval. The production period begins only after the proof is approved, and requested revisions may extend the timeline.
Is carrier delivery time included in processing time?
No. Processing time covers the time needed to prepare your order. Carrier transit time begins after the package ships and is shown separately at checkout.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking information is emailed after your order ships and may take up to 24 hours to update.
Custom Designs
What kinds of custom designs do you offer?
Our current custom offerings include personalized vehicle wall art, with additional custom decor and celebration products planned as the collection grows.
How does the custom process work?
Submit the requested details and reference images, review the digital proof, approve the design, and then we print, frame, inspect, and ship the finished product.
Can artwork change during the design process?
Yes. Fine details, gradients, shadows, reflections, colors, and layouts may be simplified or adjusted for readability, durability, and 3D-printing quality.
Can custom products be returned?
Custom and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the approved proof.
Product Information
Are frames included with 8x10 wall art?
Yes. All 8x10 wall-art products include a frame and arrive ready to display.
What material do you use?
Products are made primarily from PLA filament, which creates lightweight, durable pieces with detailed layered texture.
Are small variations normal?
Yes. Minor layer lines, texture differences, slight color differences, and small dimensional variations are normal characteristics of 3D printing.
Are decorative magnets toys?
No. Decorative magnets are not toys. Keep them away from young children and pets, and discontinue use if a magnet or small component becomes loose.
Care & Display
How should I clean a product?
Use a soft microfiber cloth or gentle compressed air. Avoid harsh chemicals, soaking, and abrasive cleaners.
Can heat damage PLA?
Yes. Avoid hot vehicles, heaters, prolonged direct sunlight, and other high-temperature environments that may cause warping.
Returns & Support
Can standard products be returned?
Eligible standard, non-custom products may be returned within 30 days of delivery when they are unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging and proof of purchase.
What if an order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact Returns@3DAllOver.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
