Thank you for shopping with 3DAllOver. Every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Please review our shipping policy below.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been received.
Because many of our products are made to order using 3D printing, processing times may vary depending on order volume, product complexity, and seasonal demand.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship through USPS.
Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives your package.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, 3DAllOver is not responsible for delays caused by:
USPS or other shipping carriers
Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Holidays
Customs processing (for international shipments, if offered)
Other circumstances beyond our control
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen after delivery, we recommend:
Checking around your delivery location.
Asking neighbors or household members if they accepted the package.
Contacting your local USPS office.
Filing a claim with the shipping carrier if applicable.
If your package appears to have been lost in transit before delivery, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to help locate the shipment.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Returns@3DAllOver.com.
Please include:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the shipping packaging
This allows us to evaluate the damage and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select destinations.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
